Precise Buyer Data Collection
Unlimited data capture
When launching a Spinzo-powered promotion, you have the ability to add as many data capture fields as you want. These questions permit the ability to collect information about the buyer, including their group, past/current interest in tickets, occupation, etc... You can even collect affirmative agreement statements which are useful when special terms and conditions must be adhered to. You can provide links to waivers that must be read and agreed to, prior to proceeding.
Flexible question format
Questions can be configured to be free-text (buyer enters whatever text they want), searchable multiple-choice dropdown, select-all-that-apply, and "Agree" statements. The answers can be collected on a "per-order" basis or on a "per-ticket" basis. Spinzo can even target "per-ticket-type". For example, if you're selling registrations for a kids "camp" program that comes with sports tickets, often a parent might be registering multiple kids, but may add on parent tickets for the actual sporting event. Waiver collection and demographic details can be collected on a "per-camper" basis, but that data need not asked for the parent tickets. This nuance creates a more streamlined buy-flow.
Response management made easy
Managing responses to questions is easy. Spinzo showcases the data in standard reporting, but you can also seek out specific reporting for individual questions. The data can be pivoted to be listed on a per-order basis or a per-answer basis (which is useful when you asked for information at a per-ticket level). This is crucial when using Spinzo's data-capture technology to collect preferred t-shirt sizes or colors for bundled offers.
Questions at all levels of the Spinzo hierarchy
In true Spinzo fashion, the ability to capture data from buyers can be configured using the normal Spinzo hierarchy. This means that you can create some questions that appear on ALL promotions, some questions that appear for specific games, some for specific groups, and some for specific seating zones! This flexibility provides full control without the need to duplicate questions that you'd like to ask across many different promotions.
