Promotional Sales Platform
Rapid Offer Creation and Management
The Spinzo platform hierarchy streamlines operations
Ease of use for Spinzo is driven primary by its architecture – a platform "hierarchy" that makes sense and is re-usable throughout a season and season-after-season. At the top level, you have "sellers" which are various branded properties (a sports team or venue). Below each "seller", you have "groups". Groups have "sales events" and sales events have "offers". This allows sales and operations staff to create a group only once in Spinzo, with all the appropriate banding and info, then re-use that group for future promotions.
Simply stated, Spinzo's promotions are not separate silos. Want to give a group another event? Simply add a "sales event" to the existing "group". No need to create everything from scratch. The hierarchy also allows all backend-operations and analytics to be streamlined. Each group contains all past promotions. Staff can choose to subscribe to purchase updates for a specific group for example. Gating and branding can be at the group level so that tedious work is not required for each event in the promotion.
Affiliate link technology is Spinzo's superpower
Spinzo's affiliate link technology allows sales reps at sports teams and venues to create uniquely-branded, trackable, multi-game or whole-season offers in 30 seconds, flat. Spinzo's unique hierarchy enables multiple inbound links to a common promotion set (same pricing and inventory). Each inbound link is an affiliate and can carry the different branding, different events, and different rep attribution.
Spinzo's clients use this technology to launch corporate partner offers, school offers, friends-and-family offers, and youth sports offers. Creating a branded link for each entity requires about 20 seconds (including branding and colors), and the sales are attributed to the rep who owns the relationship with the group. Affiliates are also heavily used by marketing departments to track the conversion rates for various campaigns (e.g., Facebook organic, Facebook ads, Instagram organic, Instagram paid, Email list).
Creating customized offers is simple
When building customized promotions in Spinzo, you build it on the property ("seller") which inherits all the settings for that property. Create or use an existing group, then choose the events and seating configuration from dropdowns. Finally, you choose which seating zones to offer, each one can point to one or more price codes, hold classes, or account reserves. Each seating zone can have a fixed price or a reference to a dynamic price. Add on optional social engagement features like leaderboards or benefit trackers, and you're done.
Many events to offer? Copy that!
Spinzo's instant copy functionality allows clients to create whole-season promotions with all seating zones in 1-2 minutes. Simply choose the "offers" (seating zones) you want for the first event, then "copy" them to all future events. If you leverage dynamic pricing, Spinzo has you covered! Rather than copying the "price", Spinzo copies the "metadata" (target price codes and modifiers) and will automatically pull down the dynamic price for each future event.
Maintain control with privileged access and verification
By default, Spinzo has various pre-made user privileges to assign to sales staff. "Rep" can build offers but not publish. "Manager" can publish. "Admin" can save an offer without verifying inventory availability and can also refund. "Finance Viewer" can view financial reports but nothing else. By default, every time an offer is saved in Spinzo, the platform does a test verification hold and release of a seat to ensure there are no mistakes in price code, hold class, or other parameters. This process is automatic and can only be skipped by someone with the "Admin" role. Also, test away! Spinzo's refund process refunds the entire amount to the buyer, including fees, so there's no harm in conducting paid test purchases if you'd like.
Powerful timing features unlock powerful use cases
Spinzo promotions can be configured to go live at a certain time or end at a certain time. A unique feature is the ability to set timing on the individual "offer" (seating zone) level. This allows you to create successive offers that have changed parameters over time. For example, you can have an offer that pulls from a specific hold or reserve, up until 30 days before game time, then it switches automatically to open inventory. Then 7 days before the game, it switches to dynamic pricing (or a higher fixed price). This can be accomplished with Spinzo's timing feature.
