Targeted Ticket Distribution
Distribution done right
Spinzo's distribution technology is unique. It gives recipients the flexibility to choose their own specific seats, to pay for additional seats (if they want), to upgrade to better seats (if available), and to upgrade to premium games (if offered). This increases the redemption rate, attendance rate, and additional revenue generated. Use Spinzo's distribution technology to send pre-paid, free, or discounted tickets to:
- Large pre-paid groups
- Full or part-time employees
- Service members or first responders
- Youth sports players
- Camp or clinic registrants

The powerful flex code
Spinzo has invented a new kind of code, the flex code. Flex codes can be randomly auto-generated by Spinzo, or uploaded by you! They can be a mix of letters and numbers, a list of email addresses, registration numbers, or account numbers. Each flex code can be worth an different number of tickets, they can zero out the cost of a promotion, provide a discount, or serve as a gating feature for access.
A buyer can enter multiple flex codes in order to stack them. This is useful if you have two siblings in the same hockey program, and each sibling got a code worth 2 free tickets. Now the family can choose all 4 seats together. It's also useful if multiple families want to sit together. You can configure a limit of how many tickets can be stacked using codes.
Don't forget about traditional promo codes
Yes, Spinzo does support the traditional "promo code". Promo codes are meant to be shared across a wide audience, so they are less secure but easier to proliferate. Spinzo has the ability to assign a sales rep (and push it into your ticketing system) based on the promo code entered. With this feature, you can create a different promo code for each target group, and then these map to reps who manage the group relationship. Because of this many-to-one approach, if a rep owns the relationship with FedEx, Microsoft, and Oracle, then promo codes like FEDEXDEAL, MSFTPROMO, and ORACLEOFFER can be promo codes that all map to that rep. Other promo codes could map to other reps.
Buy X Get Y. What?
Spinzo allows any ratio based program. You can run a traditional BOGO (Buy One Get One), or you can do "Buy 1 Get 2", "Buy 3 Get 1". Any combination that you want! The “Get” can be free tickets or discounted tickets. So you can do "Buy 1 Get 1 Half Off". You can even have a different "Get" based on the event. For example, for lowest tier events, it could by "Buy 1 Get 1 Free", but for premium events, it could be "Buy 1 Get 1 Half Off".
Operations and reconciliation for comp tickets
A ticket operations dream! Spinzo can push comps into your ticketing system in two ways. First, as a true comp with a comp code attached to it. When building a "free tier" program in Spinzo, you can assign it a comp code from a drop-down list. Second, you can sell a comp as a fully-discounted ticket, without a comp code attached.
Spinzo also has the ability to assign a value to a comp, having that value paid off with a different method of payment, or having a split method of payment between the buyer and another entity. This is useful when tickets are subsidized (fully or partially) by the group/third party or if they were pre-paid in bulk or "to-be-invoiced" later. With Spinzo, it's automated, and there's no need to adjust your ticketing system after the fact.
